Chef Marc was first introduced to babka in New York City and set out to create his own version, using classic French techniques. He perfected the recipe with his team giving you their own taste of NYC. The brioche braided loaf is filled with dark chocolate ganache and dark chocolate pieces, then baked to perfection. Available through December.
